​How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order, simply browse the site and add your items to your cart. By clicking the basket in the right hand corner, you are directed to your shopping basket where you can then check out.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

Our dresses are custom made to order. This means that your dress is in the process of being made once you have placed an order. As our dresses have detailed designs, we do not stock up on large quantities. Therefore, our prom and evening dresses take up to 30 days to be with customers and our wedding dresses take between 40-45 days however we do have the option of express order for an additional fee.

Payment & Shipping

Bella's Collection ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Bella's Collection allows you to make a secure payment via bank card and PayPal.



 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our business as well as the heightened pandemic situation, Bella's Collection runs on a no refund and no exchange policy. We will only exchange/refund if we have sent you the wrong colour or dress.
